The GMAC Admissions Institute for New Professionals is an intensive, skills-based program focusing on the core knowledge needed to excel in graduate management admissions.
The Admissions Institute for New Professionals is (AINP) organized into three key modules: Context, Outreach and Evaluation & Yield.
Context: explores the graduate management education (GME) landscape, including the forces that have shaped its evolution.
Outreach: provides the necessary tools to reach out to candidates more effectively including: enhancing recruiting events; engaging candidates utilizing different marketing tools; becoming an effective career coach; and managing your message when selling to different demographic groups and sizes.
Evaluation & Yield: teaches participants how to review an application, prepare for an interview, interview effectively, implement strategies for crafting a class, and yield the right students into a program.
Participants who complete the AINP training have achieved the following learning objectives:
• acquire a common body of industry knowledge to deepen their understanding of GME admissions as well as the intricacies of GME marketing, outreach, and recruitment techniques
• develop the skills necessary to succeed as an admission, marketing, and/or recruitment professional in the ever-evolving GME landscape.
